Spectra360 Joins With Operation Gratitude To Help Send Care Packages and More To Deployed Troops and Their Families

Spectra360 employees are gearing up for a volunteer event with Operation Gratitude on June 9th in San Leandro, California. During the event, the Spectra360 team will be assembling care kits, making paracord bracelets, stuffing Battalion Buddy bears, and writing letters for United States servicemembers and their families, first responders, and veterans. These packages will be delivered to troops deployed worldwide in the hopes of bringing comfort to those who have sacrificed so much for us, as well as to let them know that they are appreciated and remembered back home.

“Spectra360 is a proud supporter and employer of our nation’s veterans so, when we were introduced to Operation Gratitude, we were excited to get involved. We feel that working with Operation Gratitude is a great way to show active duty servicemembers and their families, as well as those veterans who have returned home, that we are incredibly appreciative of their service,” said Chris Rogers, Talent Payroll Specialist at Spectra360.

Spectra360’s employees are hoping to create 400 care kits on the volunteer day, assembling each by hand within a warehouse lent to them by a client, in San Leandro, California. In addition to the care kits, Spectra360 will create 200 paracord bracelets for deployed troops, stuff 280 Battalion Buddy bears for military children, and write between 100 and 200 letters expressing thanks.
