In 2003, Andrew Bergen saw a need to help logistics companies find qualified talent quickly. He recognized the dilemma that so many faced: finding talent that is qualified and fits the company culture is incredibly time-consuming, yet without spending that time – sourcing, qualifying, background-checking, and training – employee turnover was high. No matter how it was considered, hiring is expensive. Andrew’s experience led him to start Spectra360, a talent management company primarily for logistics companies.
